PRODUCTS AND PRICES
PinoyStores.net mainly sells products made in or about the Philippines, including:
- books printed by Philippine publishing houses
- music CDs by Filipino talents and with Philippine labels.
- OPM movies by Filipino talents and with Philippine labels.
- other products from Filipino suppliers in the Philippine.
All prices quoted here are in US currency.
PinoyStores.net currently accepts payments via Remittances and Paypal:
- We accept Paypal payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.
- We also accept remittance via MoneyGram and WesternUnion .
BACK ORDERS (OUT OF STOCK ITEMS)
Back ordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from the manufacturers. In some cases, we are awaiting or researching stock information from one or more of our suppliers. When we receive the product, we notify you via e-mail and ship it to you promptly upon confirmation.
You will not be charged for a backordered item until it is shipped. If for any reason we determine that a backordered item will no longer be available at all, we will notify you immediately by e-mail, and we will delete the item from your total order cost.
|We aim to provide an efficient delivery service for all our customers. Please read the following information before placing your orders.
PinoyStores.net, at its option will replace or refund the purchase price of the order if the product or service is found to be defective in terms of workmanship or quality. The purchaser or user assumes, without limitation, all risk for any loss or damage arising out of the use of this service.
|For any reason, Customer can cancel his/her order. Order cancellation must be notified through email (firstname.lastname@example.org) include your fullname and order reference nos. Order cannot be cancelled after it has been sent out for delivery or prepared for delivery.

** No refund will be given if the delivery could not be done due to incorrect address or contact number of recipient given by the customer.
Cancellation is applicable only if we receive your notification BEFORE we ship your order. We charge your credit card when the item is shipped; therefore, no charge adjustment is necessary upon cancellation.
If the order has already been sent, cancellation is not possible anymore but you can still RETURN the order (please see next section.)
You may return any item within 20 days of delivery, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Postage/delivery charge for the return will be paid for by the customer.
To make a return, send us an e-mail stating items to be returned. In your e-mail, please be sure to include your order reference number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Please allow 2 weeks for returns to be processed. Processing will start upon receipt of the returned items.
